Their range covers all budgets and tastes so worth a visit. A deliberate pun - a real gem!

They can even create a CAD design to your specification and get it made, although I guess this would be best to arrange before you visit so it is ready for you to collect.

  The salespeople are pushy, aggressive and not trustworthy! My first experience there will be my last as I went in to look at 1 item and was pushed in... read more many directions to buy others. The prices quoted for the items I looked at were ridiculous, even after bartering and having the price(s) lowered. Please don't waste your time at this store.

  This is an absolutely horrible shop.  I ordered emerald earrings where I selected the stones and they were supposed to be placed in a setting that I selected. He promised... read more them to be ready the next day. When I went back the next day to pick them up he had not even started them.  He said he did not like the setting and tried to talk me into a different one. I told him I wanted the style I selected and he agreed to do so and have them ready the next day. When I went to pick them up they were in a very plain setting and looked cheap and tawdry. He said again he wouldn’t put them in the setting I selected but was throwing in an emerald necklace. I t was awful. It looked like a cheap knockoff you would buy from Walmart. I asked for my money back and he refused.  Lesson learned - never shop here.

  Be VERY careful if you plan to buy from this store. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. The staff is friendly until you pay. Once they have your money and you have... read more left the island, they don't worry about everything. They don't carve the rings and they tell you yes. When they do, because you have insisted on, it is faulty and seriously damaged. They promise a solution and it never arrives, they don't even reply to messages. NOTHING. This is very impolite and not respectful. They are not responsible for their own damages and mistakes. You can see the photo of the engagement ring for my future wife, who is actually devastated by the situation. Just in one word: Unacceptable. You buy a jewel of thousands of dollars, in my case for a commitment, they know it, and they deliver it to you in a 0,20 cents cardboard box with a "made in china" sticker. After a huge disappointment, they changed it the day after with a not good at all face. The gem certificates they hand out are not official, no GIA or similar, just a printed paper that looks like a simple invoice, not a REAL gems certificate. If you want to change a jewel, they try to deceive you with the price they had given you for another that you liked. Thank God I had a card with the price they had offered me written on it. This is really annoying. I sent some engagement pictures and they used in their social media without my permission, I suppose that they want to take even more from us... In short, they cannot be trusted. I tried, even after all, to trust on them, to get a solution for several days and weeks, but at the end, they haven't done absolutely nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY HERE EVER …

  This jewelry store in Maho is not trustworthy. I “cashed in”some jewelry that I had from home and the owner said he did not have the cash in the store... read more to give me. Instead, he credited my credit card for a refund of $350. After an entire month and several emails, I have yet to receive my $350 on my credit card statement, although I do have the receipt. I am in touch with my credit card company and a dispute has been filed. The owner claims that he is also out of the money (I’m not sure how), but he still has my jewelry. I have asked for a certified bank check, or my jewelry back, but I have received no response. He has offered no solutions other than “I’ll check with my bank” and has stopped responding to my emails.
