We also have stores where we have thousands of customers visiting us regularly, so you can rest assured and feel perfectly safe shopping with us online.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

The products from the online store can easily be purchased by placing them in the cart. If you would like to purchase a product from one of our stores, please call us on our toll-free number and we are glad to assist.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes you can. We will inform you of the tracking number once your delivery is ready to go out to you.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO VIEW PRODUCTS BEFORE PURCHASING?

The products can be viewed online before purchase or in one of our stores. If you do prefer to receive more information about any products, our customer service team is happy to assist.

HOW WILL MY JEWELRY BE DELIVERED?

Packages are delivered directly to your door between 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday. All packages are insured by us but we do not take responsibility if someone else signs for the package. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as the item is ready to ship.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

All our products listed here are priced in US Dollars. Online orders must be paid for by credit card. (Visa/Mastercard/Discover). If paying in store, we also accept cash.
